 I recommend Uzumaki. it's the only horror manga I really know, and quite a good one.

 Well the real action starts around chapter 50. It's when the dark tournament begins. But this is such a nice manga that all that chapters will just fly by. When I started it, I just couldn't stop reading until the last chapter. Certainly one of my favorites.
