man! its so busy over here, i got 2 projects, so ive been drawing non-stop this days, but it will be over soon. Episode 8: Black Wings "Wings often symbolizes freedom... divinity... but why is mine bring chaos... and tragedy..." Shin: but... how... Fool: easy right? but your pretty amazing, you did Perfect-fusion in your first for the long time! Shin: I feel somewhat stronger. Fool: nice, isnt it? as a bonus you got wings! try flapping it, since this is your first flight, i would recommend to start slo-WOAH! (Shin quickly flies) Shin: I can Fly!!!! Fool: of course ya are, those wings are not for decorations. and besides not all of us has wings like you. we can only go places with warp. Arcanas have different skills and abilities like you can fly using your wings, which means your accustomed to high-altitude. some can alter gravity and some uses the elements, light, fire, water etc. Shin: so, i can also use the shadow, since i remember doing that in my memories. Fool: wrong! its far more greater than that, the source of everything that is black, the shadows, the night, the absence of light... yours is the power of DARKNESS! Shin: heh...... i guess my Arcana is pretty amazing. Fool: Stop spouting non-sense and that yer wings for a spin, oh! dont go outside, or they will detect you. (then Shin flies swiftly, around the inside of the warehouse) Shin: WOOO! HOOO! this power... it feels good ...really good... UH! (Shin suddenly felt a sudden fatigue) Fool: hey! hey! kid! take it easy... relax and concentrate, try to control you power, your using it too much... Shin:...uh! i-i can't.... it hurts ... my head hurts! (suddenly Shin's devil form dissolves, falls into the ground and leaves Shin exhausted ) Fool: you okay kid? Shin: (panting) w-what just happen? Fool: hmmm... its understandable, its been years you controlled your soul... well, consciously that is.hehehe! (cough!) ahem... lets go with partial first. its the same method, just relax and dont think too mush of it... uh... how should i explain it. the levels of Soul fusion depends on your mental status. the more you concentrate, the higher the fusion level. and thanks to your cooperation in the experiment, we know knew that Emotion can also effect the levels. Shin: shut up! dont ever mention anything about that damn experiment! Fool: alright! alright! just get on with it! (Shin concentrates again... with a more relaxed expression) Fool: (whistle) not bad kid, your a natural at this. (A Black Aura appears around Shin) Fool: so how is it? Shin: well... not bad, i guess. Fool: just don't forget that feeling kid, cause will be training tomorrow night. next lesson is all about your other abilities. Shin: but, ill be discharged tomorrow, we have all day to train- Fool: STUPID!!! Fate will be on your tail all day. so just go refuse the offer and go on with your daily life. Shin: fine... Fool: okay, get in and just act normal. (Shin returned to his room through The Fool's portal) ???: so, how was he? can he do the "Job"? Fool: He will do fine! hehehehe just fine! hahahahaha! Episode 7: The Fool's Proposition "The Fool... He represents the mystical cleverness bereft of reason within us..." Shin: The... D-deal?... tell me. Fool: hehehe... i want you to join me to destroy Fate! Shin:! ...what...? but your an Arcana, Why? what's your reason... Fool: you should already know... me and you, the arcana are created by Fate... that is why i must destroy it... to stop the creation of abominations like us. Shin: abominations... yes... it would likely be the case, but i have my own reasons- Fool:Revenge! heheheh am i right? Fate created you as a monster, they killed your parents, your friends... The others have their own reasons too. Shin: Others? Fool: are you taking me for a fool? kid. How would be destroy Fate with just the two of us. We have lots of members ya know! Staff members, High-ranking Officials and a couple Arcanas like us! Shin: But is it possible to destroy such Facility? im sure there will be Armies protecting the place! Fool: huh? what are you talking about, kid? were just targeting Fate. Shin: Isn't "Fate" the facility... Fool: tsk! tsk! tsk!, wrong! its just a facade. the "real" Fate is much more than that. Fate is inside the facility... the place where Fate is guarded is off-limits to all personnel, including Arcanas. only chosen few can enter that area, including the Higher-ups. Shin: so... if we can infiltrate that area ...we can destroy Fate! Fool: exactly! finally used that brain of yours!... so are you in? Shin: Count me in!!! Fool: hehehe... good choice, kid! but... before we can do the plan, i'll teach ya to control your soul and all the tricks i know! Shin: you will! Fool: of course! i didn't say teaching you was a lie. but first lets have a quick intro about what where dealing with. *Soul (Arcana's soul) - these are not actual souls, but divine entity from a different dimension, we don't know where is that, but im sure there cranky when Fate yank them over here! that is why the go berserk when we awaken it. and Awaken is not really to wake up a sleeping Soul, its called summoning to be exact. *Arcana - us arcana are special being created to be the master of the Soul and also be the vessel. Have you heard about the term "Cloning" right?. the one known to the public are just animal clones but Human cloning was already successful long time ago. *Fate (facility) - its a HUGE! facilty where the create the Arcanas, its also an advance Research and Development Facility, most of the machines and techs the world are using was created here..., its really a miracle they kept that place a secret. as for the location, its in the middle of the "Pacific Ocean". its not located in the map, not even in the GPS. plus that area is off-limits to both sea and air. a handful of people knew of it's existence, BUT not anyone can go there. We Arcanas can come and go using Warp, but normal people has only one passage. and that is the underwater tunnel, ill explain the detail some other time *(true) Fate - our primary target. we don't know what really is, all we know that it powers up the facilities, and the only connection to the the other world, where Souls came from. *Soul Fusion - simple, where you and your Soul will fuse with you and powers you up. using a soul is not free of course! each type you use it, your energy will drain and put strain in your head. there are 3 types of Fusion: > Partial - it powers you up, but to an extent. can be used in longer duration > Perfect - it gives you the most power-up you can get, it changes your appearance and acquire abilities, like flying, combustion and such. > Over-Fusion - but this is the one you must be careful, when the Soul takes over your body and mind... your done for! you will be devoured by the soul and will retain the soul's original size and form. Fool: this should be enough information for today! Shin: heh.... pretty interesting. too bad, those will be gone when were done with it! Fool: ya got that right! hahahaha! so shall we start the training, then! first things first, lets starp-up you Soul. Shin: How? Fool: Easy! just think! imagine The Devil.... imagine it taking form and it will flows naturally (Shin concentrates on The Devil forming... then suddenly happens around shin, it all went black...) Shin: huh? what is this place? am i still in the warehouse... ! (The Devil appears before him, the same form he saw in the memories... staring at Shin. Shin Stares back.) Shin: ...I've once feared you! but not anymore! Lend me your Power!!!! (The Devil slowly disappears into the darkness... then a light opens up and) Fool: YESSS!!! Yahoooo!!! wow! your pretty amazing Kid. A Perfect Fusion off the bat! (Shin successfully made a perfect fusion, the same form in his memories, the black claws, black wings, covered in shadow.) "The childlike ability to tune into the inner workings of the world... unless such child is Twisted, Reason matters not." when i was reading Toshiue no Hito, there was no problem, the usual... but suddenly it starts to skip to 10.f rom the first page (clicks image, next button or left key) and skips to page 10, so i manually choose the page (drop down). then it became normal from 10 and onwards. i tried to the other manga, still the same problem Hate me if you can! MUHAHAHAHAHA!!!! just kidding!... seriously, im practically unhateable... i think... ummmmmm... what? |

my searching is easier when i use this... in a certain manga site (i wont tell, but some already know) manga type - jp manga, kr manhwa, ch manhua (some are picky, like me) author/ artist complete/on-going genres - with include and exclude options categories alone is not enough, since the mangas are multi genre, so chances are there some genre you don't like are mixed. I like to post my creations, so any chance that i can post directly from my computer to this site. (not really important, so you can ignore this if you want) Hate me if you can! Episode 6: Deal with The Devil "When someone game me a choice of a lifetime, should i choose one or choose none..." (Awaken from a harsh realization, Shin was greeted by the morning sun and a mysterious man) ???: Relax, Shin... take it easy, im not here to drive you nuts like the other one. Shin: then what? ???: Im here to make a deal. Shin: what kind of deal? ???: Hey! Hey! not so fast. I haven't introduce myself yet... Im pretty sure you know im one of those people. The most easy going guy of the group! i am the great "Fool"! ...........that ain't right... Shin: i woudlnt be surprised if that is your title. Fool: hey! hey! its not my fault i get this damn title! ...but (mood suddenly darkened) Fool: its advisable not to underestimate me. Don't forget that im one of the Arcana... I can break you like a twig if i want to... (The fools words struck fear to Shin) Fool: Soooo.... enough with the seriousness! before i tell you about the deal, my fellow arcana told me to give you a little introduction to Soul Control 101!!! hehehehe! Shin:.... (Shin knows he is not one to be triffled with.) Fool: So, what will it be? do you accept me or you can just figure it out all by yourself. Shin: where are we? Fool: welcome to my secret hideout!!!!! Shin:........ but this just an abandoned warehouse. Fool: tsk tsk tsk, this is no ordinary dump, ive made this place invicible to other Arcana... so no one can disturb us here. Shin: why would be keep this a secret to the others? Fool: because i LIED. they didnt tell me to teach you, actually they told me to leave you alone hehehehe. Shin: then tell me, what you really want! Fool: this is where my deal takes place... Shin: the d-deal... "If the Devil made you a deal... its either you won or you lose... there is no backing out" Episode 6: Deal with The Devil ends... Episode 5: Reborn Again "People are born twice... one is being born in this world and the other the realization of ones true purpose" Shin: Mother... Father... Moon: dont forget that this just a memory. Shin: I know... but its been so long, ive missed them so much... "Mother": Poor child... who is cruel enough to abandon a child here. "Father": Let's bring him inside its cold out here Moon: since you have no parents and any activity of fate is a mystery to the world. the police can't help them, but to send you to welfare... but the couple adopt you instead. everybody from Fate searched all over for you. Shin: If i was that important to you people, then why didn't took me from my parents. Moon: we planned to... but the higher-ups came up with a plan, or an expirement if i say so myself. we let you go to live with the couple and monitored you 24/7 Shin: experiment? Moon: well they think of testing the effects of an Arcana if it was raised by humans... while the rest of us are raised in a controlled environment, trained and conducted test. since they believe, exposure to human emotion will effect the syncronization between you and your soul. cause once you became the chosen Arcana your are free from any emotions... Shin: so thats it... im just an experiment. Moon: you were happy and content with your life with the couple... but the higher-ups were not pleased, it seems your such weak emotion weakens your connection with The Devil... that is why they made some drastic measures. Shin: what do you mean? Moon: in order to trigger some more strong emotions out - we must create a "Tradegy" scenario for you. Shin: !.. Tradegy?... ! (sudden realization) no.. it can't be. Moon: the Death of your parents... the fire is no accident, it was done by Fate... Shin!.... aaaaaaggghhhh!!!! (Shin charges at Moon with a loud cry) Shin: You killed them!!!... you people killed my parents!!! (Moon easily dodges his attacks) Moon: Pitiful! you cant even touch me, i even dont need to use my powers against you! (Shin fueled with rage continued to attacks moon) Shin: Ill Kill you!!! i'll never forgive you!!! Moon: stop this... ! (Soon Shin started to spew shadows out of his body and suddenly gushes out. thus the Devil appears again!) Moon: ugh!... this power! (Shin drastically increases strength and speed... and catches up to Moon's movement.) ???: Moon! Release your soul and try to constrict him! Moon: ! "Chariot"?...why are you doing here? Chariot: you two took your bloody time, so i got a little worried. ugh! let's stop him fast! (The Chariot. an Arcana much older than Moon, looks more like Big-brother-type of a guy.) Chariot: Gotcha! (Chariot held Shin tight from the back, and struggling to restrain) Chariot: I-i cant hold much longer! Moon! Know him out now!! (even though Shin is restrained , some of the shadows still attacks moon. But its enough for Moon to dodge and closed-in Shin.) Moon: Im sorry, Shin... (Knocks Shin out easily) Chariot: sigh... were lucky, he was not in fusion with his soul, then no matter what we do ,we can't stop him, unless he calms down himself. Moon: let's go back, i guess is too much for him to accept everything... Chariot: just go ahead and rest, ill take care of Shin. (Shin wakes up in his room, Moon and Chariot was already gone.) Shin:.... mother...father... i will never forgive them... (Shin clenches his fist, his eyes full of anger. Revenge was the only thing in his mind.) ???: Hehehehe... I hope your not thinking what im thinking. (a mysterious man appears before him, but shin was not surpirised.) Shin: Who are you? and what do you want? ???: hmm.. feisty are we? "Today, I was reborn again... Born from Hate and Anger" Episode 5: Reborn Again ends... Next: Episode 6: Deal with the Devil - im sorry for the (Break time) part. while i was typing, i didnt the time... its closing time, so i have to quickly say something and post my story... kinda funny though.
