Dashboard and Profile Image

 My first problem is that currently in my Dashboard i have two copies of Bleach so if you can please remove one.


I also have a problem with uploading a profile image how i can this be fixed? (i tried to upload several images but none worked, its not my fault they were all meeting the requirements...)
