A burrito is kinda like a really big taco. At Chipottle at least they take a warm soft tortilla and fill it with your choices of ingredients. The standard I guess would be rice, beans (they offer black or pinto), meat of your choice, then sour cream, lettuce, cheese, and salsa. It's kinda hard to explain cause the restaurant kinda looks like a buffet and they put together your order from freshly prepared stuff as you order it, so it's not like you can just walk up and say "I want a burrito please." But that's not the only way to make burritos, you can make them filled with anything you want to (talking in general, not at this restaurant). The basics are meat and tortilla shell and then just go nuts with the rest... I've never actually made one myself, I just love eating them...
