I don't act half my age in real life whereas most of the time I do on forums. Although, I'm very sarcastic in real life like I am here, so that part's the same. I also strike up conversations a lot easier with people on the forums than I do in real life.

Japxican has pretty much been around since the stone age and I've used it for every forum site except da and it's my email.

I wanted to change from hotmail to yahoo in about grade 12 of high school (6 years ago or something like that). Since I had just been to Mexico at the end of the summer and Japan in November, I meshed the two together and that's what I got: Japxican. It's rather catchy so I've used it ever since.

Thanks for the warning. Your so-called sob story is much appreciated, btw. As the older sibling, I would have to say that it's important to establish that strong bond between family members before I'm gone for a while. I'm always the babysitter and have pretty much been my four younger siblings' second mother growing up.

What does it take to make it in Japan? That's a good question. I'm doing a TESL certificate right now and a degree in Linguistics (because I'm interested in languages in general). The TESL is the main one, though, as it helps for teaching English overseas. From what I hear, Japan (and Asia in general) is always looking for native English speakers. So that's one way to get my foot in the door.

If you become fluent in Japanese, maybe you could be a translator or something. I don't know what else to suggest, but whatever. Do what you're interested in and if that leads you to Japan, then that's good. Some people don't know what they want to do until they're forty. So don't worry about it too much. If you do plan on going to Japan, I recommend just visiting and touring around first. That's what settled my wanting to live there for me. I went on two trips to Japan. Being in the states and most likely a bigger city than me, you'll probably have much more opportunity to learn Japanese and their culture and such. I don't have that opportunity at my university.

Truth to tell, I'm not a fan of Kakashi. Those characters above are my favourite. Gaara and Deidara are my super duper favourites. Next is Itachi and lastly Sasori. In that order. I think I'm gonna draw a bit more of Deidara because he's so awesome. And ya, Gaara's just cool. His one facial expression is pretty easy to draw. Deidara on the other hand is a different story.

I will never want to draw Sasuke. He's a freakin' jerk-off!

My sisters and I get along very well. We have frequent bonding moments. I'm quite a bit older than them, so it kinda helps I think. I'm 24 and they're 16 and 14. I gotta treasure these moments we have together because when I go back to university, I won't be around that often. On top of that, I'm hoping to go to Japan when I graduate and live there, so I really won't be able to see them then.

Anyway, there's my little shpeel on things. But hey, ranting is good. Helps get a load off your shoulders. You can rant about stuff to me any time if you like.

I'm hoping he comes back, but sometimes life just gets busy. I might have to take a little break from forums every once in a while just so I can get some stuff done. Forums take up so much of my time.

Okay, pplz! Here's a whole shwack of sketches with a little Naruto fanart (well, just heads), too.

So the face on the bottom right was kind of my reaction to the drawing on the bottom left. The top one turned out okay.

Ah, the many heads of Gaara. The ones that are circled are the ones I kinda like.

So, to sum this one up, Itachi looks like an old man, Deidara looks like...well, Deidara, Sasori looks stoned or worse, and Gaara's suffering so much from morning bedhead that he could cry over it.

That's about as good as the fanart gets, folks.

@terdflusher - it means the kid's a rich good-looking jerk with posse that suck up to him.

@tbsikkema - it means I want your awesome metabolism.

What does it mean when I try to finish a drawing, it turns out like crap, but when I'm just fooling around sketching, it's freakin' amazing?

@terdflusher and tbsikkema - When Canadians find a finger in their food, they complain so much and get a new dish. Once they finish the new dish, they say thank you very much fifty million times and something along the lines of, "Sorry for being so much trouble, eh?"

@Rika - Whenever you loose track of the conversation, start a new one or just state that you're wandering around aimlessly while staring at the random pigeons on the street.

@Rika - Big sister it is! I'm a big sister to four siblings actually. It's quite something, especially when they sometimes look up to you.

@uni - Ultimate Ninja Sista of Darkness. Then we could call you Ninja Sista and it would rhyme.

Since I'm too lazy to look at the previous page of posts, I won't comment any further.

Hey pplz! I'm back! Sorry, I kinda just had a whole birthday weekend and was too busy to post. Good to see terdflusher is a regular member now.

@Rika - You're not new since you've post so darn much. If you're new, then that makes me new.

The fact that they're not really your friends at all.

Suntanning for 2 hours without getting so much as a glimpse of a tan.
