and if uz dun mind id like to recomend a system like mangahuts
forums

were there is 1 instant messeging chat so u can talk freely to others who just entered or just got sometin to say

i think that qould be nice attract more ppl( cause mangahut admins are having problem) i thikn the main source for it is v bullitin also.

just a recomendation no momentem behind it

 I don't think a lot of people would use IMing on such a site. Sure there are a lot of people that are now going to come here, but still not enough to where you'd need IM's for just 1 website.

Maybe a shoutbox is a good idea, but not an IM service.

 A shoutbox is certainly something we could implement on the site (Where were you thinking, at the bottom of the forum index perhaps?)

probly at the top for ppls forums who freeze so that they dont have to go all the way down to the bottom sort of as a convince type thing

 I agree. At the botton is not reliable, somewhere at the top it is.

While at it, I think you should HOME and NEWS would be better as ONE.
You see, I told you before that in HOME there are is a spam about chapters that are being added and in NEWS they are better organized, right ?
How about incorporate NEWS into HOME ? Obviously, NEWS will have the new chapters addes "NEWS" Style and also, OTHER news that you might others to find out.
This way there will be more space there and you might get to put a shoutbox somewhere.
Regarding shoutbox, you could just ask people randomly about the way they think should be or how is should look etc.
If you think this should have been in V2, do tell me, I'll edit it, ok ?
