Why are some licensed stuff allowed on here?

 Why are some licensed stuff allowed on here and some aren't?

Are these allowed and if so can you upload these to:
Akira - Katsuhiro Otomo
Peepo Choo - Felipe Smith
Hellsing - Kouta Hirano
Berserk - Kentaro Miura
Dr. Slump - Akira Toriyama
Revolutionary Girl Utenna - Chiho Saito
Adolf - Osamu Tezuka
Buddha - '' ''
Metropolis - '' ''
Astro Boy - '' ''

i read through the list of 'request a new manga series' and Chobits and Berserk were mentioned but it said they couldn't put it up because it was licensed

 Depending on the publisher, depends on the manga that is on the website.

If you request to add a manga, but we can see that publisher has contacted other manga sites requesting that they remove it - we wont add the manga.

It's not really something that's open for discussion, however.

I will take a look at those series that you have suggested.

 umm i think the licensed series are the ones that were put on a site to view online via paying, so they stopped from being shown on the other sites, cuz viewing manga online for free isnt legal, i think anyway, thats why they're trying to stop us from doing it all the time

You have chosen some really tricky manga there, many of which are licenced (i'm guessing that's why you requested them? haha)

 Not a problem lupianwolf.

The new manga is still uploading (Just finished the 100+ of Eiken), so others will be finished shortly :D

I don't mind people requesting manga at all. Of course, it helps expand our collection and keeps users coming back
