 How come '24 Colors - Hatsukoi no Palette' and 'Ai wo Utau Ore ni Oborero' has missing chapters?

 Reasons unkown is all I can say.....

the same thing happen to kamisama hajimemashita cause the fan group said the scans in recent chapter were really poor quailty and dont want to translate it ><

 Same happened to a few other manga series but after a few months or so they updated it and added the missing chapters.
