 i believe there is a website dedicated to deciding which anime characters would win vs eachother in a fight. it's a pretty good site and explains why each character would win etc... ill try and dig up the link (its been a loooooooooooooong time since i went on it)

 I must admit that I don't think black star could win. Maybe if the story went on for a bit longer her could have powered up moar? I think he may be able to inflict an injury or two on naruto but naruto would ultimately decimate him.

 At he current moment when naruto has a nuclear fox demon reactor which supplies him, i will say that naruto but maybe in the future when i believe that blackstar will be able to take on gods he will be able to beat naruto and its fox demon.
