what are all those other holidays? and how are they celebarted? i realize i could just google this but i would like to hear it from the folks at mangable.
how do you all celebrate the holiday?
Hannukah - light the menorah, get 8 gifts each day for 8 days. Play dreidel an eat foods cooked in oil.
Boxing Day - Similar to black friday. Don't know much bout it but mangalov3r should know. Its mainly done in the UK and Canada
Kwanzaa - light the Kinara and give out Kuumba gifts
New Years - Drinking, Partying and Idiocy all together for one pointless holiday.

Sinterklaas: (its like christmas but its on 5 or 6 december) you get presents.
Its from Sint Nicolaas the goed heilig man( Sint Nicolaus the good holy man). He lived in turkey and he was a bishop, he helped people who needed help (like giving money to the poor)
christmas: the family comes together and eat and talk alot
christmas is a mix of more holidays
-the day is used from the midwinter celebration. Where people feasted because the days where getting longer.
-Jesus: Although it is thought that Jesus of Nazareth was born in Springtime, December 25th was chosen for the celebration of his birth
-christmas tree (evergreen)- the christmastree has a a Germanic (also called Teutonic) origin. its was one of the few trees that would be green in the winter.
-Lights in the tree: to appease the sun-god as he reached the lowest point in the southern skies.
-Santaclaus: its just Sinterklaas look above
New Year: i have no idea about that. We bombard each other with firework.
