 A few weeks ago i realized it really sucked to read manga online. I couldn't see 2 pages at the same time (that may seem not important, but is part for the feel your really are reading a manga), i had to freaking keep scrolling down, and after all that in most pages i add to wait on a single basis for each page to load, as most webreaders don't cache ahead... So after all that realization, and as I am java-literate i started making a program for personal use, to use with the mangareaders i mainly used at the time (like OM and other stuff like that) after about 2 or days of development i had something that could be of use to other people (still really really basic, it is basic now, but at that moment it could only cache all chapter pages and after that show them in the monitor, and it worked like in 2 or 3 webreaders).

Anyway, after 3 weeks +/- of development (not continuously as i have rl - work, get drunk and other stuff), i came to where it is now:

MangaStreamer is a tool for online manga-readers. The program installs a Firefox plugin that allows the user to open the manga he's reading in one external app, the manga is streamed and cached in the program (like a video stream) and you can go back and next as you want without further browsing.

It gives the reader option to choose between single page/double page mode, has a magnifier, you can control the spacing between pages, it has 17 webreaders supported atm(i plan to have more in next release), it allows automatic archiving of chapters and other stuff you can read about in my blog about the app, and where you can also download it.

As I mentioned, I saw this program in a couple of other forums not so long back, and it has recieved some excellent feedback!

I'll be tempted to give this a try myself. Although I don't know if I can stand this browser for much longer (Been using Firfox for years now, but the CPU/RAM useage is getting ridiculous! Not unusual for it to hog 500mb)

 I tried making it chrome compatible, but chrome limits to much addon development and i dont have access to what i need to make the plugin, other suggestions are welcome :)
