 In my opinion I found Akira, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya, and Summer Wars tied. However if I had to choose I would pick Disappearance due to my love for the series and how beautifully crafted the plot was (I loved how it tied together so perfectly in the end).

 Fullmetal Alchemist...the very first movie that ties the whole series together.
It's my favorite mainly because it's the first one I ever watched (not counting Pokemon and Digimon).

 favourite? I love all of them~ but Spirited Away n Princess Mononoke is at the top
