 hmm you're right there is blank speech bubbles. In that case its not mangable's fault, its the scan group's fault. They probably forgot to type the words in, or the proof-reader and quailty checker are not doing their job right. There is nothing mangable can do about it expect upload the same chapter from a different scans group.

I suggest read that page again from a different website.
