Dashboard glitch/bug/???

 I've got 3 copies of 'Ouran High School Host Club' listed in my dashboard. Just wondering if/how this could be fixed?

 Removed series are stuck in your dashboard and can't be removed from Reading status.

In this case I have Soul Eater on Reading, but it updated a few hours before it was seemingly removed and I didn't have time to read the latest chapter, so now it's stuck on the top of the reading list in the dashboard and says it's updated and unread.

The option to move it to another list would be nice if it's not removed completely from the list.
